Request for repairs

Requests for repairs must generally be submitted in writing, only urgent repairs will be accepted by phone on 4861 0666. Non-urgent repair requests should be submitted on the form below. Please provide as much detail as possible about what is wrong.

Unless urgent, repairs may take 1 working day to process. If you have not heard from us or a tradesperson within 2 working days please phone 4861 0666 and let us know. Note that requests for major work or for property improvements require the landlord's approval and may take longer to process.

Before submitting your request, please refer to Repairs information (see menu at left). It may help avoid the need to make a request at all, or help you to be clear about what is needed and hence speed up the process.
