Tenant Pre Approval

All you need do is complete your tenancy application, collect all the necessary accompanying identification and documents, and submit it all to Highlands Property.  We will check all aspects of the application for completeness, make all our normal checks including references, and provide you with our approval or otherwise (sometimes with conditions).

Whilst on most occasions our approval carries considerable weight, please also note that final approval for any specific property is always a decision for the landlord.

We will then treat you as a priority prospective tenant, with priority opportunity to choose any suitable new property that comes available before it is marketed publicly.  Pre-approval will also speed the process of reaching resolution once you find a suitable home.

Our charge for this service is $35.00 (cash or credit card in advance).  Because all sorts of things can change, a pre-approval will only remain valid for 60 days.
