Our focus on this property investment and affordable housing sector gives us a unique understanding of this market's dynamics and participants, and extra enthusiasm for assisting property investors and other buyers, many of whom are already week to week clients of our business. - manage and monitor the sales process and all the communication with the vendor/landlord (and the tenant);
- provide the three main benefits described above; and
- strive to sell the property ourselves.
The additional benefit is that the appointed alliance sales agent conducts its own marketing campaign and works with us to give the property wider market exposure.
